Refund Policy
We want paid UpParser purchases to work as described. This policy explains eligibility, requests and cancellation. Mandatory consumer rights and any more favorable terms shown at checkout take priority.
First subscription purchase
For your first paid subscription, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of payment if you have used no more than 10% of the included page allowance. Include your account email and payment reference. We assess the payment and recorded usage before confirming eligibility. This voluntary offer is separate from any statutory right to withdraw or obtain a remedy.
Renewals, upgrades and page packs
Renewals, plan upgrades, used services and prepaid page packs are generally non-refundable after delivery, except for duplicate or incorrect charges, a verified material service failure, or where law requires otherwise. If a renewal was unintended, contact us promptly before further usage; we will review the circumstances. Unused quota does not automatically create a refund or cash balance.
Billing errors and service failures
Report duplicate charges, an incorrect amount or a paid service that was not delivered as described. We will investigate and offer an appropriate correction, credit or refund where warranted. If extraction quality is the issue, provide a description and a redacted example only if needed; automated output requires human review and a single extraction error does not itself guarantee a refund.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the subject “Refund request”, your account email, purchase date, payment or invoice reference, and reason. Do not include full card details. We aim to respond within 3 business days; investigation may take longer. We will confirm the decision and any amount by email. Approved refunds go to the original payment method through the payment provider and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on the provider and bank.
Cancellation and account deletion
Turn off renewal in Console → Billing or the customer portal before the next billing date to avoid the next charge. Access normally continues until the end of the current paid period. Cancellation and deletion do not automatically issue a refund. Approved refunds may remove the corresponding quota or paid access. Data and results you need should be exported before deletion.
Consumer rights and contact
If applicable law grants a cooling-off period, remedies for defective digital services or other non-waivable rights, those rights apply even if this policy states a narrower voluntary offer. Where a lawful immediate-performance consent affects withdrawal rights, the checkout disclosure controls. Questions, billing corrections and refund requests: [email protected].
